All purchases from this shop are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Wholesale only
Pricing and ordering through this site is only available to approved and signed in wholesale customers. To be approved as a wholesale customer you must apply using our wholesale customer application form.
Only registered businesses will be considered for wholesale customer access.
Orders placed via this website are subject to minimum order quantities.
2. Payment and order processing
Payment can be made by either by credit card (MasterCard, VISA and AMEX) via the secure payment service powered by Stripe.
For Australian customers paying in AUD we also accept payment by EFT (bank transfer) - select this option at checkout if desired. Sorry, this option is not currently available for international customers.
Your order will be dispatched once notification of payment has been confirmed, generally within 1 - 3 days.
We endeavour to keep product listings up to date. If for any reason an item listed is unavailable we will contact you within 48 hours to offer you a refund or a suitable alternative.
3. Prices & taxes
Prices are based on Australian Dollars (AUD) however if you are accessing the site from outside Australia the site will attempt to display prices in your currency (or you can manually switch to a different currency if required). You will also be able to pay in your selected currency.
Currencies currently supported include Australian Dollars (AUD), US Dollars (USD), Great Britain Pounds (GBP) , Euro (EUR), Canadian Dollars (CAD) and New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Prices are shown exclusive of taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% will be added at checkout for customers with an Australian delivery address. Our ABN is 83 775 687 761.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or other charges relating to importing in their own countries.
4. Product representation
We display our products as accurately as possible but please be aware that the colours you see on the shop will depend on your screen and may not exactly reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We do not receive your credit card details when you make a purchase through this site. We will not disclose or use for any secondary purpose personal information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address.
8. Refunds, returns and exchanges
We do not refund for change of mind.
All our products are thoroughly checked before they are sent and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged goods. Replacement items will be shipped out straight away.
