The ColourWheel article ‘To the Future, Expressively’ is about Pantone’s Colour of the Year Ultra Violet.
Our featured card from the Atelier Petale Collection is a vintage style fashion illustration with a hat designed from violets which grow in the petal & pins garden.
Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director at the Pantone colour Institute says to expect Ultra Violet - "rich in both mystery and mindfulness" - to extend into 2019.
You can find Ultra Violet and purple shades in the Garden Fairy’s Wardrobe Collection of cards and prints too with designs featuring irises, morning glory and fuchsias.
And we’ve added some pizzazz to our Pocket Full of Posies card (one for the boys!) by pairing it with an ultra violet envelope.
